  • 'When we visited Queenstown we hired Alex as a private chef for our airbnb. We had a packed day skiing each day and the last thing we wanted to do was find food or cook ourselves. The meals he prepared were some of the best of my life, he really is in the very top tier of chefs. He can cook anything you want and it always tastes amazing.
