Working exclusively as a Queenstown private chef, Alex designs and executes seasonal tasting experiences that reflect precision, restraint, and a strong sense of place. His cooking is grounded in classical technique, shaped by premium New Zealand seafood and local produce, and defined by clarity rather than excess.
Each private chef experience in Queenstown is individually curated. There are no set menus and no repetition. Every dining experience is developed around the guest, the residence, and the season ensuring no two evenings are the same.
The name Milton comes from the street where Alex grew up, where an early interest in cooking, foraging, and the way food connects people first began. That foundation continues to inform his approach to modern luxury private dining in Queenstown today: intentional, grounded, and personal.
